Hi, I am Kenzie :)
I'm grateful you are here!
My path to bodywork has been a fruitful experience of self exploration interwoven with my endless curiosity of the body’s experiential plethora. I’ve been sinking into the experiences of my own vessel here on earth and it’s a vast expanse swimming with injuries, ailments, anxieties, emotional cycles, holding patterns, hilarity, desire, brilliance, beauty, creativity and so. much. love. I see myself as a student of love. The trials and tribulations I explore in this lifetime are great gifts for understanding the multitudes of sensations we have the capacity to feel, transform and find freedom through.
My process has been and continues to be an honoring of my body’s wisdom. A continual conversation that rarely speaks in English, but comes in as sensation, visions, feelings and presence teaching me new ways of communicating with life and others.
Bodywork is a language I have learned to speak.
In becoming a massage therapist I have found a passion and resonance with a healing art I truly love gifting to others. Our bodies can be a tangible expression of our lives acting as a portrait of our memories, pains, joys, histories... Massage, for me, is a means to create flow in this body portrait that allows for multidimensional levels of nourishment to occur and ripple throughout the self. This can inspire a cohesion throughout the many layers of the self. I am fascinated with the relationship between expansion and contraction and how these two polarities inform each other throughout the layers of our lives. I see the touch I give as a guided meditation for you, the receiver, to expand your awareness of your being. In short,
my goal is for you to feel so relaxed and comfortable that you enter a dream- like state and your body and consciousness are able to dissolve and expand into infinity!
I have deep gratitude for the teachers who have gifted me their knowledge and wisdom of the human body and its healing capacity.
