For your First Appointment…

• After you have booked your initial appointment, I will send you an email with a Health History Form that you are to fill out before your session.

Payment

• Payment is due prior to or same day of session.

• If you are low income and would like a discount, use the code LOWINCOME at checkout. If you are interested in a trade or other sliding scale options, text or call me and we can chat about other options.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

I ask a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within that 24 hour window you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, billed to the card on file. Any subsequent cancellations within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, billed to the card on file.

No show Policy:

IF you don’t show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost to the card on file.

Late Policy:

If you are late to your appointment, your session may be shortened or we may need to reschedule. In any case, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost for that session. Out of respect for the both of us and the work we will be doing, be on time to your session.

Sexual Harassment Policy:

There will be no tolerance for sexual harassment or advancements. This work we do is therapeutic, it is not sexual. I do not date my clients. I am here to offer a safe space for healing to occur. If sexual harassment or advancements do occur the session will end immediately and we will end our therapeutic relationship.
